Owner Authorization Requests

To gain access to the remote diagnosis/services, owner will receive an E-Mail to approve/reject the access. We could perform remote diagnosis, when car owner (you) will receive the approval. 

We need Car VIN number and E-Mail ID (Need E-Mail ID, which is used for Tesla App/Account)

Note: Please provide E-Mail ID, which is used for Tesla App/Account. Please do not provide your current E-Mail ID, other E-Mail IDs etc.

Why do we need VIN and E-Mail ID?

We make request to Tesla Server with VIN Number and E-Mail information to get information/access remotely to your car.
