1. Initial Checks 

Fireman's Loop

• Check if safety/Fireman's loop has been cut. 
  
• If it is cut, it needs to be repaired.

Pyro Fuse

• Check if Pyro fuse has blown.
• If it has, replace it.
• After replacement, car should be able to start and move

High Voltage (HV) Plug Under Rear Seat

• Check if the HV plug under the rear seat is properly connected. 
  

2. Post-Crash Recovery

Load Shed

• Clear "Post Crash Load Shed" using Service Mode or Toolbox

VCFRONT Module (Vehicle Controller Front)

• It may need to reset or replace VCFRONT (Crash Flag) 
  
• In some cases, it is possible to reset via Service Mode
• In others, Toolbox may be required.
• In some cases, VCFRONT may need to replace.

Replace new VCFRONT

If you install new VCFRONT. You have to reinstall firmware.

Actions - VCFRONT - TESTRESET_ VCFRONT - Run 

Low Voltage Battery (12V & 16V)

• It may need to replaced if drained or damaged.
• Check if Low Voltage battery is connected properly 

16V Low Voltage Battery (MOSFET Open)

In most of cases, MOSFET will open. Please contact us get know how to close it.

Contactors Status

• Check if contactors are open.
• If they are open, car will not support low voltage battery and it will drain low voltage battery.
• If you need support how to check and how to close it. Please contact us. 

Airbag

• If any airbag have exploded. They must be replaced.
• If you are getting any RCM Alerts. Please contact us.

Software reinstall

Firmware Reinstall 

• Connect the car to Wi-Fi
• Service Mode - Software Reinstall

Power Supply

• Might need to connect stable power supply during the repair/reset process.

Car is still not moving after repair

Pyro Fuse

• Check if pyro fuse is blow up.
  • Is it car moving/starting.

Load Shed

• First you might need to clear load shed

VCFRONT

reset/replace VCFRONT.

• Might need to replace VCFRONT, if you can not clear reset

Power Supply

Need to support with power supply.

Get connected car to WiFi

 do software reinstall (Firmware update)

Low Voltage Battery

Later replace/work/repair on Low Voltage battery.
