UI/UX Designer Job

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer. 

Tasks

• Create modern and effective design solutions for web & native mobile apps
• Shape the design solution by aligning the products roadmap with user needs
• Provide detailed hand-offs to engineering and work with them to ensure product experience is shipped at high quality
• Collaborate with teams
• Design research and strategy, keeping in mind social, cultural, and technological trends and developments happening around the world.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of product design experience for mobile apps (Plus to have relevant automotive, E-Commerce experience) 
  
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your thought process and finished design solutions
• In-depth understanding of how design impacts development (and vice versa) to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
• Excellent user experience and interface design skills, with immaculate attention to details.
• Proficiency in Figma, XD, Sketch or other design/prototyping tools.
  
• Experience in Agile working within Startup setup 
• Awareness about current trends in UI / Visual design (Automotive and otherwise)
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in UX Design, Information Design, Visual Communication or equivalent
