Most common failure in Model S with Pyro Fuse Cover on Generation Battery 1.

Fuse Cover is powdercoated. When water gets under powdercoating. It rusts the Cover and water enters the Battery. It cause loss of drive, permanent damage and isolation faults, which could cost huge to fix the issue.
