It says that cabin camera is not working the way it should work.
2. How to Fix it
There could be several reasons for this issue.
2.1. Software
There could be problem with software bugs.
Download latest update if available. Controls > Software > Update Available.

2.2 External Factors
Cameras are Blocked and Blind
One of reason could be that cabin camera are blocked/blinded because of external factors (dirt, dust etc.). It need to clean the lens with a clean cloth and keep free of obstruction. Tesla recommend not to use Chemical-based or abrasive cleaners. This can damage the surface of the camera lens.
Where is Cabin Camera located?
Cabin camera are located inside car above the rear view mirror.
2.3 Hardware
There could be problem with hardware (Camera, Wiring Harness, Connector etc.)
2.3.1 Cabin Camera
One of reason could be cabin camera is damaged/faulty. It might need to replace cabin camera.
