3. Not able to run SOH
No battery or thermal alerts are active
Test will not start, if there are active followings active alerts present in Service Mode
- Battery Management System (BMS)
- Thermal

Which Model does not have this feature in Service Mode

Health Test got failed?
Test will fail if there will be SOH Imbalance. Please contact us to fix it.
How long can it to finish test
Test may take up to 24 hours. It is recommended to start test if you do not need car for next 24 hours.
SOH show 100
Car might show that battery health 100%. It might not be true, if you have already have drove a car some thousand of kilometers.
SOH After test
After running health test, it will update current battery SOH.
Compare SOH with other methods
To make sure SOH, it is recommended to test with aftermarket kit or some other mobile apps.
