Here are some of the most common alert codes

BMS_a129

  • BMS_a129_SW_VSH_Failure
  • The battery management system (BMS) has detected a high voltage sense harness (VSH) impedance.
  • Inability to charge, drive, or support the low voltage (LV) system
  • The BMS detects a VSH impedance value above the threshold.

BMS_f129, BMS_w129

  • BMS_w129_SW_BMB_VSH_Connector
  • BMS_f129_SW_BMB_VSH_Connector
  • The battery management system (BMS) has detected an issue with the voltage sensor harness (VSH) connector on the battery monitoring board (BMB).
  • The vehicle operates normally. This alert indicates that there may be an issue, and if impedance becomes too high the vehicle will not charge or drive (VOR).
  • The BMS detects that the impedance of the VSH connector is above the limit threshold.

  • If the issue is hardware-related, the alert may not be clear remotely. However, we can help to arrange an appointment with one of our partners, if possible.

Note: Additional charges may apply, if further support is needed. We charge 100 Euro per hour.

Location and On-Site Support

We are based in Germany and offer on-site support, If needed. Please note, on-site will incur additional charges.
