- The battery management system (BMS) has detected that there is a high voltage (HV) battery current sensor (shunt) error.
- Inability to charge, drive, or support the low voltage (LV) system
- The BMS detects a HV battery current sensor (shunt) is unable to trip its over current fault line.
You may get BMS_w140, BMS_F107 alert together with BMS_f071.

- If the issue is hardware-related, the alert may not be clear remotely. However, we can help to arrange an appointment with one of our partners, if possible.
Note: Additional charges may apply, if further support is needed. We charge 100 Euro per hour.
Location and On-Site Support
We are based in Germany and offer on-site support, If needed. Please note, on-site will incur additional charges.
