- On the touchscreen, click Controls (vehicle icon) > Software
- Touch and hold the large word "MODEL" for 4 seconds and then release.
- Enter "service" as access code.
- After clicking on Service Alerts. You can read service alerts. If there is anything wrong with car. It will show in active alerts.

How to check whether current battery is bad?
Do I really need to replace Low Voltage Battery?
There could be couple of reasons that you might be thinking to replace low voltage battery. Some of reasons could be followings:
- You have received some alerts
- Car has a some issue
- Car is showing some alerts which indicate that there is an issue with low voltage battery.
- Someone have recommend you to replace low voltage battery to fix some alerts/issue
- You have read in some platform
- You got an alert which says "low voltage battery is not supported"
It does not mean that low voltage battery is bad or an issue. It could happen if there an issue inside the car which will stop supporting low voltage battery.
In most of cases, owner just replace low voltage battery. It does not help to fix the issue/alert. It just waste money, time, material etc.
