• If the issue is hardware-related, the alert may not be clear remotely. However, we can organize an appointment with our partners, if possible.

Location and On-Site Support

We are based in Germany. If needed, we also offer on-site support. However, additional charges will apply.

Note: This is the basic support fee. Additional charges may apply if further support is needed. We charge 100 Euro per hour.
