  • APP_w145_camSelfCallssue
  • The Autopilot electronic control unit (ECU) detects the camera self-calibration process is not working as expected. Unexpected calibration values are received.

APP_w188

  • APP_w188_RepeatCameraStreamExit
  • The right repeater camera stream to the Autopilot electronic control unit (ECU) exits or is interrupted, which may cause Autopilot functionality to be limited or unavailable

APP_w269

  • APP_w269_autopilotLimited
  • Autopilot features limited
  • The Autopilot electronic control unit (ECU) has detected a condition on the vehicle which limits Autopilot feature availability.

  • Camera blocked or blinded

Not included: 

  • If hardware repair is required, additional costs will apply.
  • If the issue is hardware-related, the alert may not be clear remotely. However, we can help to arrange an appointment with one of our partners, if possible.

Note: Additional charges may apply, if further support is needed. We charge 100 Euro per hour.

Location and On-Site Support

We are based in Germany and offer on-site support, If needed. Please note, on-site will incur additional charges. 

We have also workshop partners around the globe.
