    We provide remote diagnosis and support to clear Tesla alerts, often without the need to visit a Service Center (Workshop), which can save you both time and money.

    • BMS_a064_SOC_Imbalance
    • The battery management system (BMS) detects a possible state of charge (SOC) imbalance.
    • Maximum SOC is reduced to 50%.

    Not included: 

    • If hardware repair is required, additional costs will apply.
    • If the issue is hardware-related, the alert may not be clear remotely. However, we can help to arrange an appointment with one of our partners, if possible.

    Note: Additional charges may apply, if further support is needed. We charge 100 Euro per hour.

    Location and On-Site Support

    We are based in Germany and offer on-site support, If needed. Please note, on-site will incur additional charges. 

    We have also workshop partners around the globe.
